• User Organizations: Entities (employers/clients) that contract with Faosto to provide training to their workforce.

• Visitors: Individuals browsing Faosto.

• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Data Provided by You or Your Organization

• Account Metadata: To deploy individualized training, we collect names, professional email addresses, and job titles.

• Organizational Data: For "AI Customized Training," we may process organizational documentation (e.g., PDFs, manuals) provided by the User Organization to synthesize bespoke curricula.

• Performance Metrics: We track engagement levels, assessment scores, and proficiency gains to calculate Training ROI.

2.2 Device and Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser types, and usage patterns via cookies to optimize the "Autonomous Learning Architecture" and ensure compatibility with existing ecosystems like Cornerstone.

3. How We Use Data

• Bespoke Curriculum Generation: We utilize proprietary LLM integration to analyze organizational data and generate curricula tailored to specific departmental KPIs.

• Adaptive Learning Paths: Usage data is processed to optimize cognitive load and ensure 1.5x faster proficiency.

• Model Training: Faosto does not use proprietary organizational data or individual User responses to train general-purpose, public LLMs. Your data remains siloed within your organization’s dedicated learning environment.

• Synthesized Content: AI-generated content is derived from the documentation provided by the User Organization and is used solely for that organization's training purposes.

5. How We Share Data

• With User Organizations: We provide aggregate reports on workforce proficiency and ROI. Individualized "learner gaps" may be shared with the User Organization to facilitate targeted professional development.

• Third-Party Integrations: Data may be shared with LMS providers (e.g., Cornerstone) only at the direction of the User Organization.

• No Sale of Data: Faosto does not sell Personal Data to third parties.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Regardless of location, all Users may request:

• Access: A copy of the personal data we hold.

• Correction: Updates to inaccurate or incomplete professional profiles.

• Deletion: Removal of personal data, subject to the retention requirements of the User Organization.

7. Security and Retention

We employ high-fidelity encryption for all data at rest and in transit. Organizational documentation used for content creation is retained only as long as necessary to maintain the interactive modules or as defined by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) with the User Organization.
